slug bug, you're it
5:16 AMI taught the boys to play slug bug last week. This has brought us hours of fun, not that we are ever in the car for hours—I was adding up minutes. It has also brought bickering, cheating, rule changing (which might technically fall under cheating), whining, taunting, lying (which might also fall under cheating), and sulking. Obviously, slug bug is the best thing to ever happen to our family.
And bragging. I forgot bragging! (not really) It's mostly me and Wyatt that brag, but it's only because we are so good and totally rule the game. For example, Wyatt was telling me (or bragging) about beating Dad and Henry.
Henry had one. Dad had five and I had five. Dad had on his eagle eyes, so he was playing real good. But I still snaked that sixth car! I snaked that car and beated Dad because I guess he can't see the bestest even with his eagle eyes. I snaked it!
He has been telling this story everyday for a week now. He's real proud. He also seriously thinks Stephen is putting on a set of eagle eyes in the front seat each time they play.
