Henry had his first kiss on Monday. One of the girls that sits next to him--the one he missed recess with because they were too distracted to do their workbooks--kissed Henry on the left cheek. He didn't like it. He told the teacher.

Wyatt now teases Henry about his girlfriend (I think Wyatt is jealous--not really). And according to Wyatt, Henry is just one of three boyfriends this girl has. Henry said she doesn't have boyfriends, just crushes.

What! Who are these kids? How do they know about crushes?

We asked Henry what a crush is. He said it meant you wanted to kiss someone. I think that's about right.

Henry also banged up his shin on Saturday. Luckily, we had some frozen cranberries leftover from Christmas in the ol' Frigidaire.
