Once or twice a week we have family game night. Our options are limited: Hi Ho Cherry-O, Chutes and Ladders, Candy Land, and Memory. Hi Ho Cherry-O has been one of my favorites since childhood and remains my first pick—plus, Chutes and Ladders sucks!

Last night we played a few rounds of Hi Ho Cherry-O. I won both games! I was even cooking dinner during the second game--I know, I gots mad multitasking skills! (and lack any sense of real modesty)

We have only had Hi Ho Cherry-O for about one month and we are already missing pieces. Good thing Stephen has mad improvisational skills.

Neither of the boys cared for their ground turkey and quinoa stuffed peppers but they had lots of fun coming up with nicknames for Wyatt's fat, swollen fingers (not shown here). I think we are gonna go with Henry's suggestion; hot dog fingers.
